Area Arrests
• Lisa Michelle Brackett, 33, 4374 Nance Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs/alcohol) and driving on the wrong side of the road.
• Jonathon Lewis Herndon, 41, 1000 Forest Lane, Goshen, Ky., was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, failure to maintain lane and DUI.
• Bryan Paul Givens, 34, 301 Nicholas Drive, Resaca, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Piedad Olaguedeplata, 34, 808 Morningside Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with false statements, first degree forgery and identity fraud.
• Eric Joseph Fleming, 37, 10145 Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in commission of a crime.
• Ronnie Maney, 21, 2408 Shannon Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with violation of driver’s license restrictions, no proof of insurance (motorcycle) and DUI.
• Scott Poole, 41, 5911 River Road, Prospect, Ky., was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and open container in vehicle.
• Juan Luis Vasquez, 25, 10 Birch St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with selling cocaine, traffic in illegal drugs and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
