• Barry Wayne Furgeson, 60, 112 Sherwood Drive S.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving while license withdrawn, no proof of insurance and driving while tag suspended.
• Anthony Fredrick Joseph, 51, 920 W. Hamilton Ave., Flint, Mich., was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine.
• Raymond Launder Joseph, 57, 920 W. Hamilton Ave., Flint, Mich., was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, driving while license withdrawn and failure to maintain lane.
• Oscar Kenneth Williams, 68, 600 School St., Apt. B, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to appear (four counts).
• Gualy Wilfredo Yoc-Rivera, 25, 1646 Collingwood Drive, Marietta, was charged Thursday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving without a license.
• Lusila Alexandra Guzman, 21, 711 N. Selvidge St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to obey traffic control, DUI-endangerment of a child under 14, failure to maintain lane and driving without a license
• Christopher Eldridge Jones, 26, 113 S. Spring Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Eton Police Department with speeding and DUI.
• Barbara Helen Tallent, 22, 118 Atlantic Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with second degree criminal damage to property, theft by taking (motor vehicle), failure to provide assistance or report an accident and too fast for conditions.
