• Kerry Lane Austin, 38, 112 Fields Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.
• Roy Andrew Huffman, 39, 2450 Smyrna Ramhurst Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking.
• Teresita Dejesus Lira, 18, 152 Bellwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with identity theft.
• Quinton Dominique Sims, 21, 1271 Piney Ridge Road S.E., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of endocet and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Bonita Marie Evans, 27, 2184-A Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving while license suspended or revoked.
