MURRAY COUNTY — A Crandall man charged with aggravated child molestation and incest was denied bond in Murray County Superior Court on Wednesday.
Phillip Adam Scarlett, 28, of 320 Nordic Road, was charged in February by the sheriff’s office with child molestation. Officials said the charges were upgraded on Tuesday after it was learned his 12-year-old stepdaughter was pregnant.
Judge Cindy Morris denied bond.
