It’s all about controlling the public

To the editor:

The recently passed House version of Obamacare, H.R. 3962, is available on the Internet; just Google the bill. It is dry reading, but has some enlightening points. I would suggest your readers tape their entertainment and game shows, and read this bill. Many might regret the “hope and change” for which they voted.

Page 1,432, line 1, section 2531. This provides for payments to states to improve health care by passing alternative liability laws. However, they must be in compliance with this bill. They may not limit attorney fees or impose caps on financial damages. If so, the state will not receive the payment. This bill may as well be called the Lawyer Welfare Act of 2009! No wonder the lawyers give so much money to politicians. They keep their licenses to steal.

Page 110, line 8, concerns abortion. Public funding will, or will not, be determined by the law in effect six months prior to the effective date of Obamacare. Since this will not be until 2013, the liberals can claim the bill does not cover abortion. However, if Obamacare is passed, this gives the liberals four years to change current abortion laws to allow public future abortion funding.

President Obama and his cronies really do not care about health care. They want to control what the American people do, how they live. To reach this nanny state level, absolute control of the health care system is required.
