Healthmobile Schedule

DALTON — Hamilton Medical Center operates a mobile health service to increase access of the medically underserved to primary health care services.

March special: free fingerstick blood sugars.

• Monday, March 1, Dalton, Lowes-Cleveland Highway, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.

• Tuesday, March 2, Dalton, Lowes-Cleveland Highway, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.

• Wednesday, March 3, Chatsworth, Bi-Lo, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.

• Thursday, March 4, Dalton, Lowes-Cleveland Highway, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.

• Friday, March 5, Dalton, Kmart, Walnut Avenue, 9 a.m. to noon (free blood pressure and fingerstick blood sugars, no truck, inside)

Services to be provided on the mobile health unit include pregnancy testing and referral, blood pressure screening, diabetes screening, HIV (AIDS) screening, and treatment or referral for acute illnesses. For more information about the Healthmobile call (706) 217-8745.
