MARIETTA — Entries are now being accepted for the 42nd annual Georgia Four-Ball Champ-ionship, which is scheduled for April 26 to 28 at Champions Retreat Golf Club in Evans.
This Georgia State Golf Association tournament is open to two-man teams of male amateur golfers who are GSGA members. The format is 54 holes of four-ball stroke play, with the field cut to the low 40 teams and ties after 36 holes.
The field will consist of 80 teams with the lowest combined USGA Handicap Indexes. Eligible players must enter by clicking the event registration link at gsga.org by April 3.
Registration is also open for the 25th annual Georgia Four-Ball Tournament (through Feb. 27), the Georgia Mid-Amateur Championship (through March 6) and the Georgia Super Senior Championship (through March 13).
