ATLANTA —
The Atlanta Braves are inviting fans to bring their “best friends” to the ball game on Aug. 29 for the second and final “Bark in the Park” of the season.
Fans must pre-register at braves.com/bark by Aug. 26. Tickets will not be available on the day of the event and fans should register soon, as space is limited.
Tickets are $25 and include one “human ticket” and one “dog ticket.” Additional “human tickets” are available for $12.
WAG-A-LOT, Atlanta’s first doggie-day-care center, will be on hand to help ensure all animals enjoy their time at Turner Field.
Braves Coca-Cola Sky Field will be transformed into a doggie paradise, complete with on-site veterinary services, doggie pools, cool water misters and plenty of watering holes for the pets to stay hydrated.
More than 12,000 fans and 5,600 dogs have attended “Bark in the Park” events at Turner Field since the first Bark in the Park in 2006.
