He may be known around the nation – and the world for that matter – but artist Thomas Arvid hasn’t forgotten his home state’s sweet Southern charm.
While each of Arvid’s compositions are inspired by the grace and hospitality of the Southern culture in which he lives, this summer he has released a piece that captures wines made right here in the state of Georgia.
“A Little Southern Charm,” features three North Georgia wineries – Habersham, Three Sisters and Blackstone – and is reminiscent of a comfortable evening spent lazing on the front porch on a warm Georgia night.
Believing that wine is finest when shared, the four uncorked bottles reflect Thomas’ favorite anecdote: “the best bottle is the one that is open!”

About Blackstone Vineyards and Winery
BlackStock Vineyards, the first of the current vineyards in the Dahlonega area, was founded by formally-trained winemaker David Harris, a 20-plus year pioneer in Georgia wine. After a decade dedicated to evolving a vineyard, BlackStock now offers an estate winery for your pleasure. Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the panorama of lush vineyards, while experiencing some of the best wines in the Southeast.
About Habersham Vineyards & Winery
Some of the finest award-winning Georgia wines have been produced at Habersham Vineyards & Winery since 1983. More than 150 medals have been awarded to Habersham Wines in both national and international competitions. The Winery originally was located in Baldwin Georgia until November 1998 when construction on a new facility located at the Nacoochee Village in Helen was completed. Located just one half mile from Alpine Helen, the Nacoochee Village is now home to not only the Winery but also to many other unique shops.
About Three Sisters
Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery is a small family farm situated on 180 acres in the heart of the Frogtown District in historic Lumpkin County. Located eight miles northeast of the site of the first major U.S. gold rush, Dahlonega, the farm's name was inspired by the property's spectacular view of Lumpkin County's Three Sisters Mountain. Established in 1996 and bonded in 2000, Three Sisters Vineyards is Lumpkin County's first vineyard since prohibition and holds the distinction of being "Dahlonega's First Family Farm Winery."
