DALTON — The Dalton High School JROTC Rifle Team, undefeated during the regular season, recently competed in the Area 7 Competition at Allatoona High School. The five main shooters were Hallie Perry, Caleb Pierce, Luis Briones, Nathaniel Granados and Ricardo Barrientos. Perry shot a 268; Pierce, 272; Briones, 268; Granados, 263; and Barrientos, 273. The team won third place overall, moving on to the next stage of competition.
