English for Speakers of Other Languages, or ESL, will be offered by Ana Quintana at Dalton State College’s Center for Continuing Education beginning Monday. Quintana is an experienced teaching professional who will patiently guide students on this language journey.
“This class is one of the first steps on the road to mastery of the English language,” said Kelly Snyder, program coordinator for continuing education. “Ana will cover basic-to-intermediate grammar, and students will improve their oral fluency and accuracy through speaking, listening and correct pronunciation exercises.”
ESL for Beginners will meet June 1-July 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Cost is $110.
To register, call (706) 272-4454 or log on to www.daltonstate.edu/cce.
