Chattanoogan celebrates Valentine's Day with package for sweethearts

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (January 19, 2010) - The Chattanoogan hotel, Chattanooga's AAA Four Diamond-rated upscale hotel, is celebrating the most romantic day of the year with an overnight package and an intimate gourmet dinner. Guests will then enjoy their choice of a mouthwatering entrée, either Rosemary Grilled Filet of Beef with Fingerling Potato Confit, Haricot Vert and Cabernet Syrup, or Smoked Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast with Sweet Cream Butter Potato Puree, Marinated Tomato Concasse, Wilted Greens and Thyme Jus. To conclude the incredible meal, a sumptuous Late Harvest Riesling-Dark Chocolate Fondue with Long Stem Strawberries, Shortbread, Raspberries, and Meringue Cookies will be served.
