Covenant College Quest, now in its 25th year, offers busy adults a Christian academic environment with a choice: They can finish college with classes once a week, laptop included; or they can earn credits with a rich selection of 40 elective (open-enrollment) courses for professional development or for meeting academic requirements at another institution.
