Debbie Parsons, general manager of Hotel Equities’ Hampton Inn in Dalton, was named the company’s “General Manager of the Quarter” at a recent awards luncheon.
Parsons has worked at the hotel for nine years. She became general manager three years ago. Drawing on her wealth of hospitality experience, Parsons led her hotel team to earn a 14th consecutive “Outstanding” performance award for excellence in customer service, sales and operations. The award came from the Hilton Hotel Corp., franchisor of the Hampton Inn brand.
“Debbie Parsons works to achieve top results across all areas of responsibility with the hotel,” said Fred Cerrone, company president, CEO and head coach. “She consistently exceeds the expectations of the hotel’s guests, associates and investors. She is a winner because she motivates her team and she also continues to raise the bar for herself.”
Hotel Equities is an Atlanta-based full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm. The company manages 44 properties.
