3 join Century 21 Belk Realtors
Century 21 Belk Realtors has added Martin and Andrea Kroll and Belinda Hurt to its sales team. They specialize in residential and commercial sales in the Dalton-Chatsworth areas.
Martin Kroll has been licensed since 1993. He has received additional training in marketing, finance, real estate law, risk reduction and appraisals. He attended Dalton College and the University of Maryland. He is also a Vietnam veteran. He is a member of the Carpet Capital Association of Realtors.
Andrea Kroll received her sales associate license in 1992 and her broker’s license in 1995. She has also received her Graduate Realtors Institute designation. She opened Prestige Properties Better Homes and Gardens in 1992 and Success One Realty Services in 2007. She is a member of the Carpet Capital Association of Realtors where she currently serves on the membership and grievance committees.
The Krolls currently reside in Dalton and attend Valley Brook Church of God.
Hurt is a new licensee having received her Tennessee and Georgia real estate licenses in June 2008. She has attended Dalton College and is currently employed as the office manager for Simply Outrageous in Dalton. She has four children and five grandchildren.
