Bell, Lorberbaum now serve on Ga. chamber board of directors

Vance Bell, CEO of Shaw Industries and Jeff Lorberbaum, CEO and chairman of Mohawk Industries, are members of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 Board of Directors.

Each board member is invited to serve a one-year term.

“A major part of the chamber’s success in leading business forward is an active and engaged board of directors guiding us, comprised of business and community leaders from a diverse range of industries and from all corners of the state,” said Georgia Chamber President and CEO Chris Clark. “We are honored to welcome these men and women to our board and are excited to have their experience and knowledge added as part of our mission to grow and strengthen Georgia’s business community. On behalf of the chamber, we look forward to their positive and worthwhile contributions to our team.”
