Amber Rhoades, a student at Dalton State College, has pink glitter put on her fingernails at the college's Manicures for a Cause on Tuesday. The manicures, sponsored by the Campus Activities Board, are to help raise awareness during October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Students can also have their nails painted pink (with or without glitter) today at 3:15 p.m. or Thursday at 6:15 p.m. Manicures are available at the Gilmer County camps on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Misty Watson/The Daily Citizen)
