Heed the cold

Daniel Deslattes, who works in tree and shrub sales at The Rosewood Garden Center, places pieris on a cart to take them inside where they won't be affected by a possible freeze tonight and Tuesday night. Temperatures are expected to be just below freezing tonight, and in the mid 20s Tuesday night. Any plants which have begun to bloom should be covered or taken inside to protect them from frost.
