Joel Corn, who is retiring as a mail carrier after 40 years, delivers mail to Bob and Diane Neuls one last time Wednesday morning. The Neuls organized a farewell for Corn in their neighborhood. Residents tied balloons and thank-you notes to mailboxes for Corn.
